Leveraging your strong communication skills and deep understanding of the medical field, you'll develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, driving sales and brand loyalty.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Promote and sell medical products to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and medical events to network and promote our products.
• Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of our products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and regulations in the medical field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Medicine, Pharmacy, or Health Sciences.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and industry standards.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
