📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns.
• Provide financial advice and support to departmental heads.
• Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Participate in budget planning and financial forecasting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a distribution or retail company.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
• Certification in accounting standards (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
