As the Director of Digital Health, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of digital health initiatives that leverage the latest technologies such as telemedicine, electronic health records (EHR), and mobile health (mHealth) applications. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable digital health solutions, conducting market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and data privacy laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic vision and execution of digital health initiatives to enhance patient care and healthcare delivery.
• Oversee the development and implementation of telemedicine, EHR, and mHealth applications using tools like Epic, Cerner, and OpenMRS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable digital health solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the digital health sector.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data privacy laws, including HIPAA and GDPR.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital health initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
• Represent PT Sehat Digital Indonesia at industry conferences and events to network and share knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital health, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Certifications in healthcare IT, such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) or Certified Associate in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CAHIMS).
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and data privacy laws, including HIPAA and GDPR.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
