As an HR Recruitment Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and send out job offers, including onboarding materials.
• Assist in maintaining and updating our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with candidate information.
• Support the HR team in managing the recruitment process, including tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics.
• Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining candidate files and documents.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration.
• Proficient in using ATS such as Greenhouse, Workday, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
