📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.,Manage and train staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Manage store budget and expenses.,Perform regular store audits to ensure quality control.,Participate in store promotions and marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and driving sales performance.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment is a plus.
