Senior KOL & Affiliate Specialist

PT BSMT TRAVEL GOODS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior KOL & Affiliate Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Affiliate programs, driving brand awareness, and increasing sales through strategic partnerships.

As a Senior KOL & Affiliate Specialist, you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify, recruit, and manage KOLs and Affiliates who align with our brand values and business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement strategies to identify, recruit, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Affiliates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and Affiliates to ensure brand alignment and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL and Affiliate programs to optimize results and ROI.
• Create and distribute content that promotes our products and services through KOL and Affiliate channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align KOL and Affiliate activities with overall business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and strategic partnerships.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the progress and impact of KOL and Affiliate programs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of marketing and business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, KOL management, or affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing KOL and Affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor and optimize program performance.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
