📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes for the company.,Manage the financial reporting and analysis to ensure accurate and timely information for decision-making.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support for their professional development.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.,Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial health.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance management role.,Proven track record of success in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.,Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
