📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and control the project's cost, time, and quality to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date cost plans, schedules, and reports.
• Monitor and report on project progress, including cost performance, time performance, and quality performance.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the project's cost, time, and quality.
• Work closely with the project team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed successfully.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and quantity surveying.
• Proven track record in managing and controlling project costs, time, and quality.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
