In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance checks, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions to prevent downtime. You will work with a variety of tools and software, including OSHA compliance, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical and production equipment
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions and breakdowns
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades
- Train and mentor junior technicians
- Participate in emergency response and troubleshooting
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of electrical and production equipment
- Certification in OSHA compliance or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of electrical systems and production equipment
- Familiarity with maintenance software and tools such as SAP or similar
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
