The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site engineering and project management, with excellent leadership and communication skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage site engineering projects from inception to completion.,Oversee the installation and maintenance of technical infrastructure at client sites.,Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess client requirements and identify potential issues.,Develop and implement site engineering plans and procedures.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and field technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering and project management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in technical software and tools.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
