📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management and staff supervision.,Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and standards.,Provide expert advice on medication use and potential side effects to patients and healthcare professionals.,Manage and train pharmacy staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmacy transactions and patient information.,Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of successful team leadership and development.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
