📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the reliability and performance of our IT systems and networks.
• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect our IT systems and data.
• Support and train end-users on IT systems and applications.
• Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend appropriate solutions for our business.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations and management.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and systems.
• Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
