Crystal Quick Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and a passion for continuous learning and development. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing a flexible work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs, courses, and materials to meet the learning needs of our employees.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for our team.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training programs with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the implementation of learning management systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Cornerstone, or Saba.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
