In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and managing office logistics. You will work with various stakeholders, including managers, employees, and vendors, to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and training.
• Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Oversee office logistics, including facility management, procurement, and vendor relations.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of company events and activities.
• Maintain and update HR documentation, including employee records and policies.
• Support the GA team in managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
• Provide administrative support to the HRD & GA team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRD & GA roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid SIM (Driver's License) and willingness to travel.
