📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee staff performance and provide training and development opportunities.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
