Berkah Putri Auto Service is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and enhancing the overall customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales targets are met.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal stock.,Organize and coordinate store promotions and sales events to drive customer engagement and increase sales.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in training new staff and mentoring existing employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or service industry, preferably in a management role.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent, with further education preferred.,Knowledge of basic accounting and financial management is a plus.
