📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the entire coal shipping process, from contract negotiations to final delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and optimize logistics, compliance, and cost-efficiency.
- Leverage SAP and SeaFreight to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coal shipping or related roles.
- Proven experience with SAP and SeaFreight.
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid COPC (Certificate of Proficiency in English) or equivalent.
