📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including stock control, ordering, and inventory management.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Assist in merchandising and display of products to attract customers.,Monitor store security and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store assistant role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet software.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
