📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Inspect and test construction materials and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to protect workers and the environment.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, cost estimates, and other project documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve construction issues and delays.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and construction workers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
