📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire settlement process from start to finish.,Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Develop and implement settlement programs that meet the needs of the community.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of settlement activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of settlement projects.,Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and other stakeholders.,Represent BBHA at community events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of settlement processes and community development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in the housing sector.,Proven track record of successful project management.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
