📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Overseeing the work of junior engineers and project staff.
  • Conducting site inspections and quality control measures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Managing stakeholder communications and ensuring project alignment with company goals.
  • Continuously improving processes and implementing best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure and project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards in Bali.
