Toko Bangunan Indra Sate is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences to our customers. This is a full-time position located in Gunung Kidul, offering a competitive salary of Rp 16.000.000 – Rp 19.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support as needed.,Create and maintain a menu that meets customer preferences and industry standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, ensuring a pleasant dining environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Understanding of marketing and sales strategies is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
