📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees,Work with managers to identify training needs and develop customized solutions,Create and maintain training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and assessments,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with business goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development,Proven track record of success in designing and delivering training programs,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms,Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture
