📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and supervise a team of staff to achieve operational and service excellence.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
