📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and leadership of a team, ensuring that all members are motivated and productive.,Coordinate and supervise daily operations to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and skills.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Manage and maintain team schedules, ensuring that all team members are accounted for and working efficiently.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Support the Team Leader in achieving departmental goals and objectives.,Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Ability to travel as required by the company.
